WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
These Warranty and Return Conditions apply to the products and services offered by MECH DYNAMİX CNC TAKIM TEZGAHLARI SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Mech Dynamix”). Customers who shop through our website or obtain products directly from our sales channels are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to them, without providing any justification and without paying any penal clause.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify Mech Dynamix in writing, via e-mail, or through the website within this period.
For service purchases, the withdrawal period starts from the date the contract is established.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised;
- The consumer is obliged to return the product within 14 days following the notification of withdrawal.
- Mech Dynamix shall refund the product price to the consumer within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches them.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS AND PROCESS
The product to be returned must;
- Be unused,
- Be accompanied by its original box, packaging, accessories, and invoice,
- Not have lost its resalability.
The return process and the steps to be applied are clearly stated on our website. When the consumer submits a return request, the necessary return instructions are shared by Mech Dynamix without delay.
3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
In accordance with current legal regulations, there is no right of withdrawal or return for the following products and services:
- Custom-made products prepared according to the consumer’s request,
- Products with an expiration date or quickly perishable products,
- Hygiene and health products with opened packaging, digital content,
- Subscriptions, periodicals, accommodation, and similar seasonal services.
4. NON-DELIVERABLE PRODUCTS
If the ordered product cannot be supplied, Mech Dynamix notifies the consumer within 3 days at the latest from the date it learns of this situation and refunds the collected amount within 14 days.
5. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty terms of the products sold (for example, manufacturer’s warranty, 2-year repair support, etc.) are clearly stated on a product-specific basis.
If damage is detected in the product packaging or the product itself during delivery, a report must be prepared in the presence of the cargo officer. Mech Dynamix cannot be held responsible for damages for which a report has not been kept.
User-induced deformations, interventions, or cases where the originality is compromised are considered outside the scope of the warranty.
In cases of defective goods, the consumer may exercise the legal rights they possess within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.
