CLARIFICATION TEXT AND EXPLANATIONS REGARDING DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the processing and preservation of personal data is of great importance. In this context, as MECH DYNAMİX CNC TAKIM TEZGAHLARI SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to briefly as “Mech Dynamix”); we show the necessary diligence to take the technical and administrative measures in accordance with KVKK regarding the protection, preservation, and processing of your personal and/or special categories of personal data.

In Article 3 of the KVKK, personal data is defined as “Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.” In this context, all information that serves to identify a person directly or indirectly is of personal data nature.

Data regarding political opinion, race, religion, sect, association/foundation membership, health information, biometric data, criminal convictions, and security measures are special categories of personal data, and explicit consent is required for the processing of this data, except for the exceptions provided for in the law.

Pursuant to Article 10 of the KVKK, the data controller is obliged to inform the relevant persons on certain issues during the acquisition of personal data.

  • Presence of cases where explicit consent is not sought as specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Pursuant to Article 5/2 of the KVKK, data may be processed without explicit consent in the following cases:

  • Clearly stipulated in the laws
  • Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
  • Fulfillment of a legal obligation
  • Having been made public by the data subject themselves
  • Mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right
  • Mandatory for the legitimate interests of Mech Dynamix
