Maximum sensitivity is shown regarding ensuring the confidentiality, protecting the security, and processing in accordance with the law of the personal data and/or special categories of personal data transmitted to our company through different channels. Necessary technical and administrative measures have been taken by Mech Dynamix in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and all relevant legislation, primarily the KVKK.

The basic principle of Mech Dynamix is the protection of personal data and ensuring full compliance with the relevant legislation. Our company has adopted the principle of keeping personal data and/or special categories of personal data obtained while carrying out its activities confidential and not sharing them with unauthorized third parties.
Internal regulations have been made and necessary technical and administrative measures have been taken in accordance with the KVKK; Mech Dynamix accepts, declares, and undertakes to comply with all obligations stipulated by the law.
2. SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK.
Your personal data and/or special categories of personal data are obtained in line with your explicit consent or the legal reasons specified in the law and can be used for the following purposes:

4. RIGHTS OF THE RELEVANT PERSON PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 11 OF THE KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, relevant persons have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed
- Request information if processed
- Learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred
- Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request deletion, destruction, or anonymization
- Object to results against them arising from automatic systems
- Request compensation in case of damage
5. DELETION, DESTRUCTION, AND ANONYMIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized if the storage periods stipulated in the relevant legislation expire or the purpose of processing disappears. These operations are carried out by Mech Dynamix ex officio or upon the request of the data owner.
6. PRINCIPLE OF MAXIMUM SAVINGS
Mech Dynamix processes only the necessary personal data and does not keep data that is not related to the purpose in its systems. Redundant data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF DATA
Confidentiality of personal data is essential for Mech Dynamix. All necessary technical and administrative security measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access. Third parties from whom services are received are also requested to take the necessary measures regarding data security.
8. UP-TO-DATENESS AND ACCURACY OF DATA
It is essential to keep personal data up-to-date and accurate. Necessary updates are made in line with the changes reported by the data owners.
9. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in line with the purposes specified in the Personal Data Protection Clarification Text belonging to Mech Dynamix.
10. ADVERTISING AND COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
Electronic messages for advertising and promotional purposes are sent only by obtaining the explicit consent of the relevant person. This process is carried out in accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant regulations.
11. DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
Personal data may be transferred to business and solution partners in the country or abroad for the purpose of performing the service, provided that it complies with the conditions stipulated in the KVKK.
12. PRINCIPLE OF CONFIDENTIALITY
All personal data within Mech Dynamix is confidential. It is strictly forbidden for unauthorized persons to access, use, reproduce, or share this data.
13. PERSONAL DATA BREACHES
In the event of any data breach, Mech Dynamix immediately takes all necessary measures and notifies the Personal Data Protection Board within the scope of the relevant legislation.

This Privacy Policy can be updated if needed. The current version enters into force on the date it is published on the website.
